There is no registration form. We didn't think that was necessary. All you
need to do is send us an email confirming your intention to participate.
We would also ask those of you who have special dietary needs to inform us
about it in connection with the registration in order to help us plan for the
conference dinner.
Paying
We strongly recommend that you pay the conferences fee by bank transfer, but if that for some reason is not possible, paying on location at the registration desk will also be accepted, but we require that you inform us in advance to facilitate our planning. We were a bit late with our confirmations of accepted papers which has influenced planning for some of you, so it seems fair that we extend the registration deadline a few more days.
Conference dinner is included in the fee for conference participants. Additional
dinner ticks for accompanying persons may be bought at the price indicated
below
