During the academic year there are excellent conference facilities at the University of Gothenburg, but during the summer and July in particular, the university is more or less closed and most service facilities are not available. We have therefore decided to have the conference at the nearby Panorama Hotel where they also have excellent conference facilities and where we get all the service we need for a successful arrangement. An added advantage is that most conference attendants will be staying at the hotel.

If you browse the hotel home pages and want to see what the conference room looks like you should look for Bläckfisken 1 + 2 which is the name of the room.

Internet facilities.

The whole hotel is equipped with a wireless network. Conference participants may use this network to connect to the Internet in and around the conference hall. The use of the Internet is free of charge. We will make at least one computer available for general use in the conference hall. You may also use your personal computers. For those of you who stay at the hotel, access to the Internet from your rooms is included in the room price. To access the Internet you need a code which we will give you for use in the conference room. Those of you who are guests at the hotel can get a code in the hotel reception.
