Oz/Mozart NLP Modules

Oz/Mozart is already a very interesting platform for NLP and we hope to make it even more so. Here are some first attempts: a tagger tool, a text categorization package, two tokenizers, a simple sentence splitter, a tool for computing edit distance, and a Porter stemmer. They are in the Mogul.
